- Sending JobAce newsletters

Voice recordings, transcripts, and your practice history are only available to you and are not shared with third parties.

- Stripe (for payment processing)

- Manage your own practice records and audio data, including viewing, downloading, and deleting individual sessions
- Delete your account and all associated data at any time through your account settings
- Export your data in a portable format before account deletion
We provide you with full control over your practice data. You can:
- View all your practice session history and recordings
- Download your audio recordings and transcripts
- Delete specific practice sessions or all your data
- Permanently close your account, which will remove all your personal information and practice data from our systems within 30 days

- Analyze usage patterns (aggregated and anonymized)
